WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Demonstrated ability to grow and improve in previous roles

Strong desire to learn and develop skills in the HVAC industry

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools

Valid driver's license and good driving record

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Schedule: 8 AM to 5:30 PM (with occasional overtime)

As a Mechanical Service Apprentice, you partner with skilled technicians to gain hands-on experience with a variety of HVAC systems. Each day, you assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment while learning to troubleshoot and resolve issues on the spot. Communication and teamwork are essential as you engage with customers and team members, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
