Entry Level Community Outreach Representative - ON SITE

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our community outreach and customer service team. Our community outreach and customer service team is the heart of our company and the reasons our client’s continue to work with us year after year. Our team of Entry Level Community Outreach Representatives is a key to this approach as we help our clients manage their fundraising needs. In this Entry Level Community Outreach Representative role, you will be the face of our clients in the local community, responsible for engaging with potential customers, driving revenue opportunities and spreading awareness to their cause.

Entry Level Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:

Maintain knowledge of our nonprofit clients brands, their outreach goals and initiatives

Plan and run presentations with the goal of driving revenue and increasing brand awareness

Provide excellent customer service to every potential donor

Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through onsite events

Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere

Support all team members

Identify trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory

Entry Level Community Outreach Representative Qualifications:

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

Self-motivated, determined, and confident

Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations with confidence

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Local travel is required

PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS ON SITE AND NOT REMOTE. THIS WILL REQUIRE BEING IN OUR OFFICE IN ATLANTA, GA DAILY AND COMMUTING TO CHARITY EVENTS.
