Process Technician 2nd Shift

Job Title: Process Technician â Blow/Injection Molding (3rd Shift)

Location: Clemmons, NC

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: $20â $28/hr, negotiable based on experience

Position Overview:

Weâ re seeking a skilled Process Technician for 2nd shift to support and optimize blow molding and injection molding operations for the production of sand filters and plastic components.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, changeover, and troubleshoot blow and injection molding machines

Ensure standard cycle times, quality output, and equipment efficiency

Maintain blending ratios and verify material handling processes

Perform preventive and total productive maintenance

Train operators and new technicians on processes and safety procedures

Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments Qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in plastics processing

Reliable with good attendance and communication skills

Ability to lead, train, and support team members

Good math and computer skills

Forklift experience a plus Education & Experience:

Associateâ s degree or vocational certification in industrial technology, plastics, or related field preferred
