Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze data from departments such as warehouse, transportation, and finance to identify actionable insights.

Collaborate with managers to provide clarity on data trends and inform strategic decision-making.

Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy of daily data, building trust in reporting.

Regularly meet with stakeholders to deliver insights and inform business strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to detect trends, anomalies, and opportunities.

Contribute to advancing a data-driven culture across the organization.

Work cross-functionally to align data priorities and requirements.

Support data collection, cleaning, and organization processes.

Conduct statistical analyses to reveal patterns, support forecasting, and track performance.

Participate in projects to enhance data systems and reporting processes.

Stay updated on emerging tools and methodologies to improve data analysis.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (required).

Bachelor’s degree in analytics, economics, or a related field (preferred).

Skills and Attributes

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Effective verbal and written communicator, capable of simplifying complex information.

Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

Curious and resourceful, with a passion for uncovering insights and root causes.

Salary:

$65,000- $85,000 a year

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Frequent walking between warehouse workstations and office areas.

Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (cold temperatures ranging from 34 ree;F to 45 ree;F).

Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Frequent use of computers and large monitors for data analysis.

Requires visual focus for long periods when reviewing screens and reports.

Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 25 pounds.

Must wear appropriate PPE (e.g., safety shoes, hearing protection, warm layers) as required.
