Remote Cruise Travel Agent

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Cruise Travel Agent. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable cruise vacations, offering expert guidance on cruise lines, destinations, and packages. Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with booking cruise vacations, including cabins, excursions, and pre-/post-cruise travel arrangements.

Provide accurate information about cruise lines, ships, itineraries, pricing, and promotions.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Understand and explain cruise policies, travel insurance, cancellation terms, and documentation requirements.

Customize cruise packages based on client preferences and budget.

Stay informed about current deals, special offers, and industry trends.

Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain accurate booking records using internal systems and software.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a travel-related certificate is a plus.

Strong passion for travel, particularly cruise vacations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn reservation systems and CRM tools.

Willingness to learn about multiple cruise lines and destinations.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.

Familiarity with popular cruise lines (e.g., Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, Princess).

Bilingual abilities are a plus.
