Position: Construction Project Controls Manager

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Controls Manager in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing project controls for large-scale construction projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the project controls function and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to ensure project success

Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management and clients

Manage cost control, scheduling, and change management for multiple projects

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets and schedules

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Oversee the work of project controls team members and provide guidance and support as needed

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with project controls processes and procedures

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders

Provide input and recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field

Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in project controls management for large-scale construction projects

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Strong knowledge of project controls principles, practices, and tools

Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management software

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments
