Our client, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Document Processor to support their engineering department. This role plays a key part in managing engineering documentation and ensuring compliance within the Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator, ready to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Title: Document Processor (4-Months Contract)

Location: Wayne, NJ

Pay Range: $22-$27/hourly

Shift: 8AM-5PM (Plus overtime when needed)

What's the Job?

Create new part numbers, documents, and change notices within the document control QMS system.

Update documents based on engineer input and release them within the document control QMS system.

Coordinate, update, and manage the closure of all engineering SOP periodic reviews.

Perform migration validation for documents transitioning from legacy QMS to current QMS.

Assist in test execution of protocols where appropriate and support engineering with administrative functions such as purchase requisitions and vendor additions.

Methodical approach with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Strong oral and written communication and listening skills.
