Job Purpose:

- The Flex Officer at Patriot Security Enterprises LLC is responsible for providing security services across various sites, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property. This role requires adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to respond to different security needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide security services at multiple sites as required.

- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and the public.

- Travel to various locations as needed to fulfill security assignments.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Document and report any security incidents or breaches accurately.

- Exhibit flexibility in scheduling and availability to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

Required Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

- Previous experience in security or a related field

- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Capability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical fitness to perform duties such as patrolling and standing for extended periods
