Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with a passion for delivering exceptional care for our Monterey Care Center.

Part-time and PRN opportunities. Day and Night shifts available.

Qualifications:

Current LPN License with IV Certification in the State of Ohio

Current CPR Certification

Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus

Excellent communication skills
