Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring multiple Diet Techs / Dietitians (PT/FT) to oversee & complete all clinical nutrition documentation & care utilizing the Nutrition Care Process, MDS assessment requirements, care plans and progress notes in a timely manner and according to State & Federal rules & regulations

This position is part of the Interdisciplinary Team and will be expected to assist the Dining Services Manager,

Administrator & the Director of Nutrition & Dining Services in maintaining or improving the nutrition status of all residents. This position may be required to cover multiple locations within the company’s group of communities and at the discretion of the Director of Nutrition & Dining Services.

Minimum Requirements:

2-5 years’ experience working as a Clinical Dietitian

Must possess excellent technical and computer skills

Have knowledge of state and federal regulations and ADA standards of Practice in Nutrition Care for RD’s

Must be a Licensed Dietitian in the State of Ohio or be license eligible

Be a graduate of a 4-year dietetic program, be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and meet continuing education requirements

LTC experience a plus
