Microsoft Dynamics Lead

*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Microsoft Dynamics Lead position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity based in Buffalo, NY. Qualified remote candidates will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead end-to-end MS Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

Architect and configure MS Dynamics modules with a focus on scalability and performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders across global banking units to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

Drive integration efforts between Dynamics 365 and cloud-based platforms, primarily Azure.

Serve as the Agile team leader, participating in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior Dynamics developers and consultants.

What You'll Need to Have:

5+ years of experience leading MS Dynamics 365 projects.

Strong knowledge of MS Azure and cloud deployment models.

Experience working in or with global banking/financial institutions.

Proven track record managing enterprise-level Dynamics implementations.

Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and toolsets (JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Pay Range: $60-$75/hr +
