Remote Spa Retreat Coordinator

We are seeking a wellness-focused and detail-oriented Entry-Level Spa Retreat Coordinator to join our travel planning team. In this role, you’ll assist clients in booking rejuvenating spa retreats, wellness getaways, and holistic healing experiences at luxury resorts, wellness centers, and boutique properties around the world. You'll support the coordination of travel logistics and help create personalized, stress-free escapes that focus on relaxation and self-care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and booking spa and wellness retreats, including accommodations, transportation, spa services, and wellness activities.

Recommend destinations and packages based on client goals (e.g., relaxation, detox, mindfulness, fitness).

Coordinate spa appointments, meal plans, group classes, and optional excursions.

Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure clients receive all necessary travel documentation.

Communicate with resorts, spas, and vendors to confirm reservations and manage special requests.

Stay informed on wellness trends, spa certifications, retreat offerings, and seasonal promotions.

Maintain accurate records using booking platforms and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in wellness, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.

Passion for wellness, holistic health, and luxury travel.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Comfortable working independently or remotely with basic tech proficiency.

Customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Previous experience in travel coordination, spa services, or health & wellness industries.

Personal experience with wellness travel or spa destinations.

Familiarity with top spa retreat brands (e.g., Canyon Ranch, Miraval, SHA Wellness, Ananda).

Bilingual or multilingual skills are a bonus.
