We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Entry-Level Festival Travel Coordinator to assist with planning and executing travel arrangements for clients attending music, cultural, and arts festivals. This role involves coordinating transportation, accommodations, ticket packages, and on-the-ground logistics to ensure a smooth, unforgettable experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with booking travel packages for individuals and groups attending festivals (e.g., flights, hotels, shuttles, and event tickets).
Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and local vendors to secure group rates and availability.
Support itinerary creation, confirmations, and real-time communication with clients before and during events.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, special requests, and deadlines.
Respond to client inquiries and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.
Stay up to date on major festival schedules, ticket release dates, and travel trends.
Assist with marketing, social media updates, and promotion of festival packages when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in event management, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.
Passion for music, arts, and live event culture.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Tech-savvy and able to learn travel booking tools and CRM systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak festival seasons.
