Superintendent, Multi-Family/Podium & Wood Frame

Superintendent – Multi-Family / Podium and Wood Frame Experience Required. Will need to travel to Toledo, OH

Location: Columbus but also willing to travel as needed.

Coordination drawing review

Bluebeam experience required

coordinating materials with field and design requirements

Work with project team to deliver a quality project on time and on budget.

Experience with material lead time tracking required.

Must provide project list with said experience.

Compensation: $110K-$125, dependent on experience and open for discussion.

Relocation assistance available.
