Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Training

Participate in supplier training sessions (e.g., Royal Caribbean University, CLIA programs).

Stay up to date on special cruise promotions, new itineraries, and ship updates.

Shadow experienced advisors to gain exposure to high-volume sales techniques and client interactions.

Deliver excellent service pre- and post-booking, including itinerary adjustments and answering follow-up questions.

Monitor and flag any cruise schedule changes, cancellations, or client-specific issues to senior advisors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Passion for cruising and the travel industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities.

Sales curiosity—ability to identify client preferences and match cruise offerings.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, if applicable.

Work Environment & Schedule:

Entry-level position with growth potential into a Senior Cruise Consultant role.

Flexible working hours may include evenings or weekends, depending on client needs.
