Remote Luxury Resort Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented Entry-Level Luxury Resort Specialist to join our travel planning team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan unforgettable stays at high-end resorts and private retreats around the world. You’ll provide tailored recommendations and coordinate all aspects of the booking experience—delivering 5-star service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in researching and booking luxury resort accommodations, including all-inclusive properties, private villas, and boutique hotels.

Recommend resort options based on client preferences, travel style, and budget.

Coordinate additional services such as private transfers, spa appointments, dining reservations, and exclusive experiences.

Provide detailed travel documentation and personalized itineraries.

Stay informed about resort offerings, luxury travel trends, and VIP loyalty programs.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive and professional service.

Use booking platforms, CRM systems, and supplier tools to manage reservations and client communications.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred.

Strong interest in luxury travel and high-end resort experiences.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn travel booking systems and platforms.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel planning.

Knowledge of luxury resort brands (e.g., Four Seasons, Aman, Rosewood, One&Only).

Personal travel experience at luxury resorts or destinations.

Multilingual abilities or knowledge of high-demand travel regions.
