Life Enrichment Assistant

New Glarus Home is looking for an energetic, caring, and committed individual to join our Life Enrichment Team! Life Enrichment Assistants get to be hands on in enriching the lives of residents through physical, mental, and spiritual activities.

The activities provided here at NGH help to ensure that our residents are living their best life possible. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference, this job is for you!

This position is responsible for helping with the physical, educational or social activities in a variety of settings. Now more than ever, we need an individual who is creative and able to think of ideas for entertaining our residents whether they spending time in their rooms, participating in group activities or looking for a friend to have a quiet conversation with.

This position is every other weekend (Sat and Sun) with the opportunity to pick up shifts, as needed.
