We are launching a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to begin their travel career in a Senior Travel Advisor training role. While this is an entry-level position, successful candidates will undergo structured training to grow into a client-facing advisory role focused on high-quality, customized travel planning. This remote position is perfect for someone with a passion for travel, strong organizational skills, and a desire to build a career in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a comprehensive training program covering travel products, systems, suppliers, and client service strategies.
Support travel planning and booking of flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and activities under the supervision of senior team members.
Learn to create custom itineraries for leisure, luxury, and special interest travel.
Assist in handling client communications, changes, and travel documentation.
Research destinations, policies, and supplier options to support client needs.
Gain proficiency with GDS and booking platforms, CRM tools, and internal workflows.
Shadow senior advisors and progressively take on more direct client interaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field preferred.
Passion for travel and a desire to build a long-term career in the travel industry.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Tech-savvy with comfort using email, calendar tools, and cloud-based platforms.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or travel coordination is a plus.
Personal travel experience or knowledge of popular international destinations.
Familiarity with travel booking tools (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or supplier portals).
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
