Remote Honeymoon Travel Specialist

We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Entry-Level Honeymoon Travel Specialist to join our travel planning team. In this role, you will help newlyweds design and book personalized, romantic, and unforgettable honeymoon experiences. You'll work with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored travel itineraries to destinations around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist couples in planning customized honeymoons, including accommodations, flights, activities, and dining.

Provide expert recommendations on romantic destinations, resorts, cruises, and boutique experiences.

Coordinate all travel logistics to ensure seamless, stress-free experiences for clients.

Build and present detailed itineraries and travel documentation tailored to each couple.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and changes, providing attentive and professional service.

Stay informed on travel trends, seasonal promotions, and romance-focused offerings.

Maintain accurate booking records, client preferences, and payment information.

Assist in creating content or marketing ideas for honeymoon promotions or packages.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Passion for romance travel and a strong desire to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using computers and learning travel booking platforms and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service.

Familiarity with honeymoon hotspots (e.g., Maldives, Bora Bora, Santorini, Tuscany, Bali).

Knowledge of luxury resorts, romantic cruises, and travel insurance.

Bilingual abilities or international travel experience is a plus.
