The Project Manager for Partner Engagement is a cross-functional leader who drives projects that improve partner enablement, program execution, and strategic alignment. They ensure that partner-related initiatives—such as onboarding, campaigns, events, training programs, and co-branded efforts—are delivered on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
Essential Functions:
Partner Engagement Execution
Oversees end-to-end execution of partner engagement initiatives
Coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure project timelines are met
Align partner initiatives with broader sales and marketing strategies
Onboarding & Enablement
Lead new partner onboarding workflows
Ensure delivery of training, product demos, and sales enablement tools
Track progress and milestones to ensure a successful ramp-up
Communication & Partner Management
Serve as main point of contact between internal teams and TRG partners
Facilitate regular updates, business reviews, and partner feedback sessions
Develop and maintain partner documentation, dashboards, and communication hubs
Event Coordination
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support partner-led or joint events (webinars, tradeshows, Sales Kickoffs, etc.)
Coordinate logistics, timelines, and deliverables from both sales and partner teams
Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs related to partner satisfaction, engagement, and contribution to revenue
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Ensure consistent post-project evaluations and stakeholder debriefs
Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant work experience
Strong project management skills (timeline creation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work cross-functionally across sales and marketing
Experience supporting sales enablement, tradeshows, or partner marketing initiatives
Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Asana, and other related software platforms
Ability to take and pass a background check Performance Requirements:
Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management
Must be able to operate a computer and other position related technologies
Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
Must be able to clearly and confidentially communicate with TruWest employees and other stakeholders
