Required Experience:

Heavy vehicle / construction equipment manufacturing domains only.

Core mechanical experience

• Should have handled team of 8-10 engineers

• should have worked in a multi-cultural and global work environment

• Should have growth oriented and positive mindset

• Should have worked in an engineering service industry or equivalent industry

• Should have been a client face and responsible for driving the engagement.

• Strong analytical, logical thinking, requirement understanding skill is must.

• Should have proven track record of expanding business while being at client end

• Should be good in networking, fetching new avenues of business and managing escalations

Technical Experience:

• Strong experience in Mechanical design using Solid works [Mandatory].

• 3D model reading, Handling complex assemblies, Drawings reading [Mandatory]

• PDM, PLM environment experience, 3D modeling, drawing creation, ECN/ECR awareness

• Knowledge of off-highway domain vehicles e.g. forestry, agriculture, EV shall be preferred, automotive domain & sub-systems knowledge shall be acceptable.

• Experience with concept modelling, new product development is advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar associated discipline
