Job Description

HiFyve is hiring a Manual Machinist in the Manufacturing industry in Chesterfield, MO!

Salary: $25$30 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Location: Chesterfield, MO

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual lathes to machine precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints and process sheets

Perform machining operations including drilling, boring, turning, and threading

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools

Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve machining processes

Assist in machining prototype parts and first-run setups

Complete quality checks and ensure work meets specifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

2+ years of manual machining experience

Strong understanding of machine shop practices

Ability to work independently from setup through inspection

Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
