What we’re looking for:
1-2 years experience working with CNC routers and/or waterjet machines, or other relevant experience
Tech savviness and basic computer knowledge
Experience with hand and power tools
Experience with shop drawings and building to specification
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot independently
Good organizational and time management skills, mechanical ability, and clean working habits
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and fast-moving atmosphere
Eagerness to learn new machining strategies and building techniques
Manual and physical dexterity; physical demands can include heavy lifting (50 lbs.+)

Responsibilities
Set up and manage jobs on the CNC routers and waterjet for cutting a variety of materials and shapes
Willing to help on all stages of fabrication from raw materials to assembly to finishing, as needed
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
Ability to think creatively and apply results to safely and efficiently complete tasks
Reliable, hardworking, and organized
Must have the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with the production team and leadership
Load and unload material onto the equipment
Interaction with clients on-site, with courtesy and professionalism
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Effective time management, and ability to work overtime when needed to meet project deadlines
How you’ll make a difference:
Efficiently producing quick-turn and complex projects with a high level of accuracy. Problem solving in-the-moment and overcoming obstacles. Meeting deadlines and producing highly accurate signage and custom displays. Collaborating and working closely with our installation, design, and project management teams as well as our clients.
