As a Full-Time CNC Programmer at WALCO Tool & Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes. You'll analyze engineering detail drawings, focusing on standardization, materials, heat treatment, and design elements, ensuring high-quality output. By specifying definite patterns on program sheets, you will create clear and concise programming instructions.

Your expertise will enable you to develop essential documentation and drawings, streamlining the programming of jobs based on blueprint specifications and routing sheets. This position allows you to utilize your technical skills in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, driving the success of our projects while upholding the core values of integrity and professionalism.Requirements for this CNC Programmer job

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

3-5 years CNC Programming experience

Attention to detail

Experience with CAD and 3D modeling applications

Experience with Surfcam

MasterCam and Veri-cut desired

Advanced blueprint reading skills

In depth knowledge of GD&T

Strong understanding of engineering documentation

Great problem solving skills

Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Familiar with Fanuc and Okuma controls beneficial

Knowledge of G&M codes
