Data Entry Coordinator
We are seeking to add a Full-Time Data Entry Coordinator to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Coordinator:
Double checking work- MUST BE SUPER ACCURATE
Emailing info to sales team
Handling electronic paperwork approvals
Will have pricing information so have to be very thorough so no wrong prices are sent to customers
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Review and enter data updates in the systems
Review discrepancies in data received
Qualifications of the Data Entry Coordinator:
MUST BE ADVANCED with EXCEL (ability to do pivot tables, v look ups, formulas, spreadsheets)
ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND DOUBLE CHECKING-MUST
Must be okay with going in office 5x a week
Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Permanent
