Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Evenings / 2nd Shift

Schedule: 2nd Shift (Approximately 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Starting Pay: at least $14.00 per hour in an ICF Home

Rotating weekends required

Must be legally eligible to drive in North Carolina

We’re hiring a reliable, compassionate caregiver to support residents in our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) homes during evening hours. This role focuses on helping individuals with personal care, routines, and safe, engaging support at the end of their day.

What You’ll Do:

Support evening routines and assist with personal care

Engage individuals in meaningful, end-of-day activities

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive living environment

Work cooperatively with team members and clinical staff

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Caregiving experience preferred (but not required—we train!)

Legally able to drive in North Carolina

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Ability to work 2nd shift (2-4 nights/week) and rotate weekends
