Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description

KIRCO MANIX is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning through completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractor negotiations, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery in line with contract documents and company standards.

As a key leader within the construction team, you will facilitate communication among clients, developers, designers, and consultants while coordinating efforts with Superintendents and Estimators. Responsibilities include preparing and managing project schedules, overseeing subcontractor bidding and contract negotiations, processing change orders, and ensuring accurate and timely project billing and reporting. You will also manage documentation using Procore, lead coordination meetings, and ensure safety standards are met on-site.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, and several years of experience managing commercial projects such as office, retail, light industrial, and site development. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver results in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in scheduling software and construction management tools is required.
