Shifts:

Morning: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We're looking for a reliable Prep Laborer to prepare axles and components for painting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Clean, sand, and mask parts for painting

Remove rust, old paint, and imperfections

Apply primer and coatings

Inspect surfaces for defects

Maintain tools and a clean work area

Follow all safety protocolsQualifications

Manufacturing or automotive experience preferred

Familiarity with sanding, priming, and masking is a plus

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced settingWork Environment

Active manufacturing floor with assembly lines and forklifts. PPE required (steel-toed boots, gloves, earplugs).

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
