Key Responsibilities:

Menu Innovation:Design and implement creative menus for la carte and banquet operations.

Operational Leadership:Oversee production, purchasing, scheduling, and food safety across multiple outlets.

Team Management:Lead and inspire a diverse team of chefs and cooks, fostering a collaborative and high-performing kitchen environment.

Quality Control:Monitor daily food production to ensure consistency and superior quality.

Administrative Support:Assist with administrative tasks and budget management for multiple outlets.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive culinary experience in a 4 or 5-star property.

Mastery of all cooking techniques and hands-on kitchen management.

Expertise in menu development, high-volume catering, and fine dining.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

ServeSafe Certification is required.
