What You'll Do
As our Channel Partner Program Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and executing partner-facing and internal enablement strategies that support business growth and consulting excellence. You will:
Develop and deliver program documentation, playbooks, presentations, and training materials for both internal field teams and external channel partners.
Design onboarding and enablement frameworks that prepare partners and consultants for successful client engagements.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Operations teams to align program materials with evolving service offerings and client needs.
Manage relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and channel collaborators to ensure strategic alignment and mutual value.
Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting key metrics, compliance insights, and program evolution updates to stakeholders.
Enforce compliance with partner policies, branding guidelines, and legal requirements, ensuring all materials reflect approved standards.
Act as a liaison during partner audits and performance evaluations, maintaining transparency and accountability. Success Looks Like

3-5 years of experience in channel management, partner enablement, or program development, ideally in IT consulting or technology services
Strong track record of developing program materials that are clear, action-oriented, and aligned with business strategy
Experience working within technology partner ecosystems, Microsoft Partner experience preferred
Understanding of partner governance, contract obligations, and branding compliance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
Familiarity with partner portals, CRM systems, and compliance tracking platforms Bonus Points
Certifications in channel partner management, compliance, or project delivery frameworks
Prior experience supporting consulting sales cycles or partner-led delivery models
Exposure to enterprise software or cloud platform alliances
