Driver Performance & Compliance Manager (Full-Time, M–F 8:00am–5:00pm)
We are hiring a full-time Driver Performance & Compliance Manager to lead our safety, HR, and driver development efforts. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, focused on ensuring DOT compliance, improving driver performance, and building a professional, accountable driver culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee driver compliance with Hours of Service, ELD regulations (Samsara), and safety standards
Coach drivers on performance metrics, professionalism, and compliance improvement
Lead hiring, onboarding, and orientation for all new drivers
Collaborate with dispatch and leadership to improve operational efficiency and driver accountability
Own the department’s responsibilities for HR documentation, benefits support, and employment compliance
Qualifications:
Specifically Strong Hours of Service regs, and ELD compliance experience
Prior experience managing or coaching drivers in a transportation environment
HR or safety management experience is strongly preferred
