Program Manager Insider Threat Program

SGI Global is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership in support of the FBI's Insider Threat Office (InTO). This role is essential to coordinating technical and analytical staff, managing deliverables, and ensuring that all work aligns with the FBI's mission to detect, deter, and mitigate insider threats.

n*Contingent on contract award*nResponsibilitiesnnServe as the primary point of contact for contract execution and delivery.nEnsure operational coverage and task prioritization aligned with InTO leadership directives.nDirect and support analytical production, including reports, alerts, and trend analysis.nDevelop methodologies to address complex security challenges.nCollaborate with government analysts to define and execute deliverables.nManage reporting and briefings on intelligence findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.nCoordinate performance reviews and participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).nnQualificationsnnUS Citizen.nActive Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) PolygraphnBachelor's degree nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in program management and intelligence analysis.nProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and secure government systems.nStrong interpersonal skills with proven leadership in high-security environments.nnPreferred QualificationsnnWork experience in national security or security-related matters with an emphasis on information analysis.nProficiency in understanding security risk management concepts; a security related certification; and experience with intelligence-focused operation environment.nnSGI Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
