Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles in alignment with U.S. GAAP.
Assist in maintaining and improving internal control procedures.
Contribute to audits and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with operational teams to analyze manufacturing performance and variances.
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
Strong grasp of cost accounting, general ledger systems, and accounts payable processes.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
