We are looking to hire an Assembler/Receiving & Inventory Associate at our Boynton Beach, Florida Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Storing Inventory:

Unload and unpack incoming shipments, verifying the quantity and quality of the products.

Store returned product, record serial numbers, & gain approval for return material authorization.

Review and process customer return requests, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided, and criteria are met for returns, repairs, or exchanges.

Update inventory systems to reflect returned or replaced products and monitor stock levels of returned items.

Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

Inventory Control:

Accurately conduct regular cycle counts.

Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and performing periodic stock audits.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for assembly/shipment based on customer or company requirements.

Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and labeled.

Operate equipment such as forklifts(after certification), pallet jacks, or other warehouse machinery.

Assembly:

Conduct final checks to ensure that packed orders meet quality and accuracy standards.

Identify, document, and report defects or inconsistencies with our product.

Perform manual and automated testing where applicable.

Inspect Returned Products: Evaluate returned merchandise to determine the condition, and whether it is eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Previous warehouse or logistics experience.

Ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for hours at a time & lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to reply to emails from internal & customers' requests.

Basic knowledge of computer systems or warehouse management software like Microsoft Excell, Teams, Word, Outlook etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Work Environment:

Physical work in a warehouse environment.

May involve working in varying temperatures (e.g., cold/hot warehouse conditions).

Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
