Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is on the lookout for a talented Senior Customer Program Manager to become an integral part of our team. This role reports directly to the General Manager at our Bloomington, MN plant and is pivotal for driving customer success within our organization, collaborating closely with the Sales and Operations teams at CPP.

What will you do?
Lead a dedicated team for key customers, comprising Quality and Product Engineers.
Manage essential CPP accounts, ensuring effective communication and leading all relevant meetings.
Work collaboratively with internal teams—Operations, Finance, Quality—to address customer needs and challenges proactively.
Monitor and ensure adherence to customer-specific delivery, quality, and cost metrics.
Oversee bookings, backlog, customer scorecards, and demand pipelines with keen attention to detail.
Understand contract terms and conditions, executing responsibilities in line with corporate policies.
What can you bring to the table?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
8+ years of experience in customer-facing account management within a B2B manufacturing context, particularly with large customers.
A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role is required.
Experience in the aerospace and/or casting industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven skills in data analysis, spreadsheet creation (Excel), and presentation design (PowerPoint).
