Why You Should Apply

High-impact role at the intersection of finance, research, and bleeding-edge technology

Autonomy and ownership from start to finish on key projects

Access to latest tech: advanced server hardware, Arista/Cisco networking gear, liquid cooling systems

Above-market compensation with long-term career potential

Collaborative, meritocratic culture focused on excellence and innovation

What You'll Be Doing

Maintain and improve mission-critical data center infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime

Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, network devices, structured cabling, power and cooling systems

Lead planning and execution of new hardware deployments-including rack layout, power budgets, and cabling

Perform diagnostics and break/fix on server and networking hardware

Oversee contractors and logistics (shipping/receiving, installations)

Participate in global infrastructure projects and occasional travel to other sites

What You Bring

3+ years of data center experience in a mission-critical environment

Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure-power, cooling (including liquid), cabling, and safety systems

Expert-level skills in structured cabling and hardware installation

Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware and CLI configuration

Proficiency in Linux command line and basic scripting (Python a plus)

Familiarity with networking topologies and data center architectures

Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills

Able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and respond to physical demands of the role

Willingness to work evenings/weekends when necessary and travel to other sites

Bonus Points For

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience in high-frequency trading, low-latency environments, or high-performance computing

Python or automation scripting experience

A perfectionist's eye for detail and infrastructure standards

This is more than a job-it's a chance to work at the frontier of infrastructure engineering, where your skills will directly support some of the most sophisticated systems in global finance.
