Entry-Level Welcome $20/hr + Bonus In-Office Paid TrainingLocation: Onsite – West Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $20/hour (First 90 Days)

Bonus: After 90 days, earn a 5% signing bonus on closed business

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients

Qualify leads and set appointments for the Outside Sales Team

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and contact data

Collaborate with sales leadership to meet weekly appointment goals

Generate leads through marketing campaigns, community outreach, and follow-ups

Participate in regular team training and skill development

What You Bring

Strong verbal communication and friendly phone presence

Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales

Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based rewards

Organized, reliable, and able to manage your time independently

Eager to learn and develop professionally (entry-level welcome!)

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED required

Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus
