Full-Time, Part-time and Weekends . weekend shifts available ($16/hour)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for residents within established policies and procedures. Includes administering medication, meal preparation, light housekeeping, engaging residents in activity, and assistance with personal hygiene tasks.
Facilitate residents' involvement in social, recreational, educational, vocational, and health care by transporting / escorting to appointments and engaging in community outings.
Be reliable, attend occasional trainings and staff meetings.
Provide input to the team and other professionals with regard to the implementation and/or modifications of the residents' individual support plan and daily schedule.
Requirements:
Relevant experience or education supporting individuals with Autism, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and/or mental health disorders.
Must pass a thorough background check, health exam and drug screen.
Able to speak and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
Able to use technology necessary to perform job responsibilities.
Able to physically perform all duties related to providing residents assistance with activities of daily living and housekeeping
