CNC Grinding Operator

Full-Time Onsite in Erlanger, KY Day & Night Shifts Available

$18–$20/hr based on experience

What You’ll Do

Run and maintain CNC grinding/milling equipment

Load parts, prep wheels, and inspect components

Track production and follow AS9100 quality standards

Keep your area clean, safe, and organized

What You Bring

1–5 years of machining experience (grinding preferred)

Ability to read part drawings and use micrometers/calipers

Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must pass drug screen (safety-sensitive role)

Must meet ITAR definition of U.S. Person

Pay Based on Experience

1–3 years: $18/hr

4–6 years: $19/hr

6–8 years: $20/hr
