Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join a leading manufacturing company. This long-term contract role requires a detail-oriented individual with deep expertise in Oracle systems, particularly in functional configuration and payroll processes. The position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with end users and technical developers to enhance business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Oracle HCM systems to meet organizational requirements.

• Build and maintain functional reports that support business processes.

• Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Apply your knowledge of Oracle Fusion and on-premise systems to ensure seamless functionality.

• Partner with technical developers to execute system improvements and troubleshoot issues.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business workflows to recommend system enhancements.

• Provide guidance and training to users on system functionalities and updates.

• Ensure accurate implementation of international payroll configurations.

• Participate in panel interviews and discussions with stakeholders to align project goals.

• Maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes.• Proven experience with Oracle HCM systems, including Fusion and on-premise platforms.

• Strong understanding of payroll configurations, particularly international payroll systems.

• Ability to build functional reports and support business process improvements.

• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems with a focus on configuration management.

• Familiarity with client-side scripting and cloud technologies.

• Experience in analyzing business workflows and creating requirement documents.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with end users and technical teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage long-term projects effectively.
