We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our clients team in Metro Detroit. In this permanent role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing automation tools to create impactful campaigns, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agency work, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the retail, e-commerce, B2C, and B2B industries.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute scalable and personalized marketing automation campaigns to enhance engagement and conversions within the retail and e-commerce sectors.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring efficient collaboration and delivery of high-quality campaign results.
• Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with overarching business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools and present actionable insights to improve future efforts.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation, particularly for retail and demand generation.
• Optimize workflows and processes to improve the efficiency of marketing automation systems.
• Manage the integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Oversee the implementation of A/B testing strategies to refine campaigns and maximize outcomes.
• Coordinate the creation of editorial content and advertisements tailored to target audiences.
• Collaborate on brand awareness initiatives to strengthen market presence across B2C and B2B sectors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing automation with a proven track record of success.
• Strong background in agency environments, managing complex campaigns and projects in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring teams and managing multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of retail, e-commerce, B2C, and B2B industries, with a focus on customer behavior and market trends.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in CRM integration, campaign planning, and analytics tools like Google AdWords and Facebook Insights.
• Familiarity with HTML and content management systems for campaign design and execution.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
