We are currently seeking dedicated, passionate, and skilled licensed therapists to join our expanding team in Danbury, CT.

Your Role:

Provide individual therapy to clients of varying ages and backgrounds

Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans based on client goals

Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)

Offer crisis support when needed

Collaborate with psychiatrists, APRNs, and other providers to ensure integrated care

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Uphold ethical and professional standards in line with licensure

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, etc.)

Comfortable navigating both in-person and virtual therapy settings

Passionate about helping others live more fulfilling, authentic lives
