Position: PACE Medical Director
Location: Los Angeles County, CA
Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year (negotiable)
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions, to PACE program participants.
Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each participant.
Collaborate with community physicians and providers to coordinate care.
Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives.
Monitor utilization management trends and implement strategies for optimal health outcomes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in a relevant specialty.
Experience working with geriatric populations.
Strong leadership and management skills.
