Senior Techno-Functional HCM Cloud Consultant Hybrid (1 day onsite) Alpharetta, GA 12 Month Contract, Potential to Extend FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, please complete the virtual interview: Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Techno-Functional HCM Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, and Benefits.

This role requires strong hands-on experience in both functional configuration and technical development, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of project deliverables and play a key role in guiding organizations through Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and transitions, including adoption of the Redwood UI.

Responsibilities: •Provide end-to-end solution architecture and implementation expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

•Lead and support implementations with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, and Benefits.

•Deliver all techno-functional components of Oracle HCM Cloud, including system configuration, integrations, and custom development.

•Develop and manage Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports as needed to support business requirements.

•Support the evaluation and transition to Oracle Redwood UI for HCM applications.

•Take full accountability and ownership of project deliverables, ensuring successful implementation and support.

Qualifications: •Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

•Strong functional and technical knowledge of: •Core HR •Payroll •OTL •Absence Management and Benefits •Experience with Oracle Cloud Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, and BI Reporting.

•Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI transition and related evaluation processes.

•Demonstrated ability to lead projects and ensure end-to-end delivery.
