Integration Supervisor - Industrial

VENTEON and Harvard Resource Solutions is hiring a Final Integration Supervisor to work in Flint, MI. You will manage and oversee shop floor activities for a machine engineering company.

POSITION TYPE: Full time. Direct Hire. Onsite. PAY: $65,000 to $75,000 annual based on years of relevant experience.

Requirements of the Integration Supervisor:

Minimum of eight years experience related to Industrial Machine Design or Assembly.

Experience managing a team of controls and mechanical engineers, designers or drafters.

Fluent in mechanical systems for industrial machines.

Able to read, understand, and interpret mechanical drawings.

Competent in Unigraphics and AutoCAD files in regards to viewing, printing, red lining etc.

Experience checking mechanical designs for errors or inconsistencies

Ability to formulate testing procedures for quality checking.

Experience with data collection and writing technical reports.

Understand and follow customer specifications and ensures the team has a complete understanding.

Monitor and act to ensure on time deliveries of manufacturing phases.

Ability to travel up to 10%.

Duties of the Final Integration Supervisor:

Supervise and manage the industrial shop floor including managing skilled trades.

Communicate job expectations. Plan, monitor, and appraise job results.

Provide direction, coaching, counseling, coordinating and enforcement of policies and manufacturing floor procedures.

Maintain a safe work environment.

Review and assess workloads, scheduling personnel, establishing priorities, resolving problems, meeting schedules.

Ensure operation of equipiment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and updated techniques.

Analyze production performance records. Investigate issues, recommend solutions and actions to upper management.
