We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Channel Account Manager (iCAM) to join our growing team. In this strategic role, you'll be the driving force behind the recruitment, enablement, and activation of channel partners, helping to expand our reach and accelerate revenue growth through our valued partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
Drive Channel Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners with the ability to drive revenue and market expansion.
Enable Partner Success: Deliver sales enablement, technical training, and joint marketing programs that equip partners to successfully position and sell Digital Hands solutions.
Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in partner accounts to ensure long-term engagement and loyalty.
Lead Joint Planning: Collaborate with partners on business planning efforts, defining mutual goals, KPIs, and success milestones.
Coordinate Internal Support: Align internal resources — from sales engineering to marketing — to support your partners’ success.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain partner alignment with agreements and best practices while driving adoption of Digital Hands programs.
Achieve Results: Meet and exceed targets for partner-led sales volume, pipeline creation, and strategic objectives.
