Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrade projects across manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Drive process improvements and change management initiatives to maximize ERP system value.

Qualifications:

5+ years of ERP project management experience, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing sector.

Proven track record with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production planning.

PMP or similar certification preferred.
