You’ll maintain a caseload of around 12 clients and provide services in homes, schools, and other community spaces—mostly in the afternoons or early evenings. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives outside of a traditional office setting and wants to do work that truly matters.

$4,000 sign-on bonus (paid upfront with 1-year commitment)

$2,000 salary increase after 18 months

13 paid holidays, including a personal and floating day

$300 wellness stipend for health or fitness purchases

$75 annual personal supplies allowance

401(k) match up to 5% after 2 years

Paid supervision toward independent licensure

Ongoing strengths-based, trauma-informed training

Flexible scheduling with just 4 weeks per year on-call rotation

What You’ll Do

Provide therapy and behavioral support in home and community settings

Build strong relationships with families and help them develop effective coping tools

Use evidence-based practices and creative interventions to drive progress

Collaborate with schools, care teams, and partner agencies

Complete timely, strengths-focused documentation

Attend clinical supervision and training sessions to support professional growth

Adjust your schedule to meet family needs, typically late afternoons/evenings

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Active Ohio license (LSW, LPC, or MFT required; LISW, LPCC, or LMFT preferred)

Experience with children and families in a mental health setting (preferred)

Strong communication skills and a commitment to documentation standards

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Salary Range

Bachelor’s: $50,000–$57,000

Master’s (dependent license): $57,500–$60,500
