GD Resources is seeking a Senior Systems Developer to support the NIMRS 2.0 Modernization Project and other strategic initiatives. This role involves full-stack software development, reporting design, and database programming using a modern .NET/Oracle technology stack. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in C#, ASP.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, and Crystal Reports within a healthcare or state agency environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Perform full SDLC tasks including development and troubleshooting.

Build complex reports using Crystal Reports and data warehouses.

Develop with Visual Studio 2017+, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and JavaScript.

Create and manage Oracle database components (tables, procedures, triggers, etc.).

Use TFS for version control and team collaboration.

Translate business needs into technical specifications.

Provide progress updates to the supervisor.

Tools & Technologies:

Software: .NET Core, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Developer, Crystal Reports

Languages/Frameworks: C#, HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, CSS, MVC

Version Control: TFS

Hardware: Dell, HP

Required Qualifications:

6 years developing C#, ASP.NET, Angular apps for multi-tier environments

6 years designing reports with Crystal Reports (v10+) and Data Warehouses

6 years Oracle PL/SQL development (procedures, triggers, packages)

6 years with front-end technologies: HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS

4 years using MVC 5+

3 years using TFS 2010+

3 years working with HIPAA-regulated healthcare data
