Job Responsibilities: · Engage in highly complex systems and software architecture, design, and development, in support of advanced capabilities for the program.

Job Requirements: · A minimum of twelve years of (SME/Senior level) DoD Software Architecture and Development experience, including experience architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-availability, mission-critical, and multi-service (US Army (USA), US Navy (USN), US Air Force (USAF), US Marine Corps (USMC), US Coast Guard (USCG) systems and capabilities.

· Possess a current PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Scrum Alliance (Scrum, Coach, or Agile Leadership) certification.

· Possess a minimum of an active DoD Secret security clearance at proposal submission.

· A minimum of four years of experience in architecting, developing, and deploying DoD IL4 or higher cloud-based, inter- or intra-agency accessed applications and infrastructure.

· A Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field.

· Ability to conduct research on IA products, services, protocols, and standards to continually keep new and enhanced software assurance developments.

· Strong understanding of software bug mitigation, root causes, and overall analysis · Strong written ability regarding documentation of applicable software and the impact on legacy and proposed program system components · Ability to work with technical and lead program managers related to software recommendations and fixes, and the impact of those decisions from a programmatic standpoint · Strong understanding of software testing in a DoD environment and in conjunction with RMF guidelines and best practices
